A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §17-4-32, relating to requiring the Commissioner of Highways to take all actions necessary to include Pine Terrace in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County into the State Road System.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
     That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §17-4-32, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. STATE ROAD SYSTEM.
§17-4-32. Pine Terrace in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County to be part of state road system.
_____Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, the commissioner shall take all actions necessary to include Pine Terrace in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County into the state road system.
     

     NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to require the Commissioner of Highways to take all actions necessary to include Pine Terrace in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County into the state road system.

     This section is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.
